Homemade Ketchup

What you need:
1 6-oz can organic tomato paste
4 Medjool dates (soaked in 1/2 cup filtered water for 1 hour)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1/2 cup filtered water (use if needed)

What you do:

Soak dates for an hour or until they are soft.  Add everything to your food processor and pulse.  Add more water to create desired consistency.
