Current eating habits, lifestyle and exercise will be discussed to determine a wellness plan unique to your individual needs. The plan will include key foods for optimal health, lifestyle and self-care recommendations. It is a first step in encouraging lifelong healthy habits aimed to support overall vitality and wellness.
