What to expect
- A 7-day “personal retreat” to reward yourself and your body
- Permission to relax and recharge not only your body but your mind
- First 4 days comprise a ‘food’ detox cleanse which means no fasting but ingesting whole detoxifying foods
- You may notice some symptoms worsen, headaches or feel tired for a couple of days but it will pass. This is normal during detox.
- Upon completion, you should feel recharged, relaxed, have more vitality and energy.
- You’ll have learned some tools to carry you further along in your health journey
