blueberry spinach smoothie

Blueberry Detox Smoothie

What you need:

2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups baby spinach (or 1 cup each kale & spinach)
2 banana (peeled, chopped and frozen)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened organic soy milk (or nut milk of choice)

What you do:

Throw all ingredients into a blender. Blend well until smooth. Divide into glasses and enjoy!


Want to make more menopause supportive?  Add in a tsp of schizandra or maca

Want more protein?  add hemp seeds or nut butter

No banana? sweeten with soaked dates, maple syrup or raw honey instead

Refrigerate in a mason jar or other air-tight. Drink within 24 hours for maximum freshness, nutrition and taste.

Portion out all ingredients except almond milk into a ziplock baggie. Store in the freezer until ready to blend with soy milk.
