What you need:
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
1 banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup dates, pitted
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/8 cup maca powder
pinch sea salt
a small bowl of shredded coconut
What you do:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a doughy texture. Add more coconut oil if it’s too dry. Form tablespoon sized balls and roll in shredded coconut. Keep refrigerated until you enjoy them as they are soft. These also freeze very well. This recipe makes approx 18-20 balls.
